Can’t say enough positive things about Chad. We were relocating from out of state, he was so knowledgeable, understanding, efficient, available, patient, and guided us every step of the way. Chad was extremely helpful in selecting our first home. He was thorough in his inspection of the house, even checking the functioning light bulbs in the closets, the water pressure in the bathrooms, and other small things I would not have thought of. When it came time to put in an offer, his expertise in helping us write an escalation clause in the agreement helped us win over several other buyers.
