Avoid working with Jessica Roseberry. She is unresponsiveness one second and then a barrage of emails the next. Very unprofessional. She failed to disclose proper documentation when we were taking over a property as buyers.

Avoid if you can, they represent the absolute worst of corporations. All the bad reviews are from real people and the five stars are often from employees or fake accounts. Good luck ever getting anything out of them, including your deposit back. When they took over everything went downhill quick. Issues never got resolved quickly, or half the time the ‘fix’ just broke a month later. Constant rent increases. It’d be funny, the only time I ever heard from them was when the rent was going up. Could not recommend Charles enough. He did over 50 showings of our home, put in endless efforts and work while we are across the country and going through a huge life change. He has been more than a realtor to us, he has been a friend.
They charge a service and maintenance fee every month yet, they still charge for everything to maintain. You’d be better off renting your property out yourself. They offer to do all these things like help you remove junk and clean the home yet they neglect to mention and put in the contract that you’ll be charged for that. All the small fees they charge plus the 10% they take out of the rent every month is not worth their crappy services. Jessica is a terrible agent to work with also.
