We bought our first house from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Summerville about 8 years ago. We went through the Stabenau Group specifically Mary Ann. What we thought was going to be a positive experience turned out to be a nightmare. We had told her our price range which wasn't terrible at that time but because we had a large amount left in our loan, she tried to push us to purchase a more expensive home.
