This is a joke! They are unethical and pathetic and I would highly recommend you avoid them at all costs. Troy Krabbenhoft was my listing agent, HUGE MISTAKE! He doesn't know his head from his you know. He listed it for 6%, but didn't disclose to me that he tiered the pay for the buying agent, and I have the proof. I am going to report him and this firm and broker to whomever I can. I didn't have one showing in 2 months, we fired him and regretfully didn't do it sooner.
