The Southbury office is one of a kind. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have personal used Kelly fressola on several occasions and she is an excellent agent. The broker of the office Ron is also very helpful. He even goes out of his way to follow up with me to see how things go and if there's anything else he could do. This is definitely a place that gives you that small town service.
My situation was one for the books. I had to buy a house sight unseen. But Ms. Ruth Zeiss help me get the most beautiful home.I'm very grateful to her. I seriously can't ask for anything more. Highly recommend.
As a first time home buyer, the process was not smooth AT ALL after going through this company. Dan, who was the person that helped us with our mortgage was not kind and not very knowledgeable. He told us that we would not need to bring any money to closing, yet when we showed up to our closing we had to write a check for over $5,000. If you are looking to buy a home I suggest you DO NOT go through this company, more specifically through Dan as your mortgage consultant.
