I rent an apartment in Fairfield Connecticut. I was supposed to move on February the first from NY. When I arrive at the new apt with all my stuff ready to move in. The apartment wasn’t ready. There was a hole on the floor, there was no doors on the kitchen cabinets, the bathroom sink was crack, the toilet wasn’t attached to the floor.
