The negligence and breach of contract I got from this office my house was under contract and I was told the woman was denied a day before which was beyond her dates and come to find out she withdrew they lied and we were advised to drop the deposit down that things were going great no problems. Then on the contract we had going there was a Hubbard they didn’t file extensions so the other side is trying to keep our deposit. Totally unethical! They are supposed to work to protect you!
