After careful consideration, I have decided to rate my experience with Karen . As a cash buyer from another state who has worked with multiple realtors in my life , she was the worst !!! After close she could not even get out of car to say Thank you !!! I am sure there are really great people who work there she is not one of them on another topic we absolutely love Virginia !!!

I just closed on a house where the listing agent for the property was "Shannon Hill" who works with this company. She failed to do the most basic part of this transaction which is REMEBERING THE CLOSING DATE. The seller apparently had no idea we were closing (because the listing agent failed to communicate with her client) and only found out the night before closing. She's a go-getter!!! Thank you to Tammy Fisher from Berkshire Hathaway Mountain Sky Properties! We had a unique selling situation with our house and she was so kind and able to navigate it to help us through. Her persistence and professionalism was top notch!
