I just closed on a house where the listing agent for the property was "Shannon Hill" who works with this company. She failed to do the most basic part of this transaction which is REMEBERING THE CLOSING DATE. The seller apparently had no idea we were closing (because the listing agent failed to communicate with her client) and only found out the night before closing. She's a go-getter!!! Thank you to Tammy Fisher from Berkshire Hathaway Mountain Sky Properties! We had a unique selling situation with our house and she was so kind and able to navigate it to help us through. Her persistence and professionalism was top notch! She definitely knows how to bring the buyers and communicated with us every step of the way. We are happy to call her a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone buying in the area.
