My husband and I had to move out of state for medical reasons. Kayla Shumate in Wytheville Va office is one of sweetest realtors we ever used. She went out of her way on our 1 year anniversary to mail us some cookies to celebrate. We recently found out that a friend of ours has to move from his home on main street in Wytheville where he's been at his whole life due to condition of the home and this is the realtor that's took it over.. he told us a lady that works here said he had til 5pm today to remove himself, his vehicle, his cats and whatever or he would get charged..but 30 minutes ago the animal control/ Shelter picked up the cats.. it's not 5pm.. After careful consideration, I have decided to rate my experience with Karen . As a cash buyer from another state who has worked with multiple realtors in my life , she was the worst !!! After close she could not even get out of car to say Thank you !!! I am sure there are really great people who work there she is not one of them on another topic we absolutely love Virginia !!!

I just closed on a house where the listing agent for the property was "Shannon Hill" who works with this company. She failed to do the most basic part of this transaction which is REMEBERING THE CLOSING DATE. The seller apparently had no idea we were closing (because the listing agent failed to communicate with her client) and only found out the night before closing.
