We used John Lucien to sell a house in Brook Park late last year. This was our first time selling a home and John was very helpful and answers all my never ending questions. We were able to field several offers and get a sale quickly. After closing he was also willing to assist us in getting in touch with the new owners so we could get some packages that were accidentally sent to our old address. We would refer him to anyone looking and would use him again.
John Lucien helped my Wife and I purchase our first home in Brooklyn (44144). John was beyond knowledgeable and supported and advocated for us every step of the way. The process was easy and John was there for any questions. It is evident his experience and success as a realtor is due to his attention to detail and years of experience in this market. Could not recommend John or this group more for anyone, they truly were our partner in the home buying process. Made a normally stressful process easy. Thank you John!
Very disappointing experience—avoid this agency if you’re considering working with them. My interaction with “Teresa,” the realtor, was particularly negative. The agent lacked basic interpersonal skills and made several unprofessional comments throughout our conversation. Instead of being helpful or attentive, the communication felt dismissive and uncomfortable. I expected a higher level of professionalism and courtesy, especially in a client-facing role.
