Jack Murray is not at all good agent. He cut half of our deposit (which was more than 7k) after leaving the place. Should not rent place from him.
Filled out many forms to be guaranteed a viewing slot for a property in San Francisco and Jack Murray at this agency did not show up. This process was a total waste of time, I would recommend avoiding this company for rental
