Nothing was too much trouble for Gary when helping us sell our house. Right down to the "Oh no-I forgot to replace the Welcome Mat". He was right there for me. He is extremely professional and at the same time a friend to guide. He gently helped with some decisions that were difficult to make. His experience was much appreciated in this process. Too bad I am not looking for a house at the moment but when I do, Gary Boni is the one I would call. The whole group at Berkshire Hathaway was extremely helpful. Thank you!

Gary was recommended to me & I couldn’t have been happier with the experience and result. If I had a question Gary at anytime was available to answer them. His calm demeanor kept my nerves calm through the home process because the process was very nerve wrecking and I had a lot of questions. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and resourceful. Gary was the best realtor we could have hoped for. We got hooked up with him through Zillow and had no expectations, but he was exactly what we needed. He recognized the houses that fit us and led us in that direction. I enjoyed visiting houses with him and always felt his feedback genuine. We ended up exactly where we should be and Gary was definitely part of that. Gary is authentic and honest.....hard to come across these days. He is a class act and truly cares about about where his clients end up.
