If you value respect, your sanity, and your money, look elsewhere. My wife and I were thrilled to buy our first home a couple of years ago. Since we were new to the South Jersey area, we didn’t have a realtor. After browsing a few homes online, a realtor from this firm caught our attention. I had the unfortunate experience of using this company and working with Valerie Yosef as a realtor for a rental. Valerie is the most unprofessional realtor I have ever dealt with in my 20 years of renting. She denied my requests to make repair requests as a paying legal tenant and was completely dismissive and rude any time I had questions regarding the lease, I do not recommend working with this agency d/t lack of professionalism from realtors. I was a little reluctant about leaving a review but have never experienced such unprofessionalism. I Initially contacted Marla Pisner 4/8 for a showing at Barbara Drive which was listed for $4,800 after calling her 5x she finally got back to me and had increased the rent to $5,500. I explained I was still interested. She then says “I’m busy showing houses all day but I’ll call you back in a hour” I said ok after 5 hours I called her and said hey I’m just reminding you she said “I’m still busy”.
