Faye Smith is the least helpful agent I've had the displeasure of attempting to work with. I Was approved for financing on a measly $70k mobile home with 5% down. Once I saved up just over $7300 I was told by Faye that it wasn't enough, which was a complete lie. I've since found a home for sale by owner for $80k and cut out the need for a realtor altogether, due to this experience. Faye Smith almost cost a family a place to live.
