First off, Natalie Olencamp was extremely patient with my husband and I. We are not known to be easy to work with. We have high standards and expectations. Natalie professionally and politely met and exceeded those expectations. She explained each step in the process effortlessly. Natalie accommodated us from start to finish. She is a plethora of resources as well. We were able to promptly get contacts for work that needed to be done on the home we purchased. We didn’t just use a realtor, we gained a friend!

We were working with Michael and it started off really well. He called every week to check in.. we got an offer on the house and accepted it then the phone call stopped. We had to call him and try to find out any information. We had a closing date. Our new place wasn’t gonna be ready for a couple of weeks after the closing.. So we got a hotel room .
