Bought our 3rd house with BHHS/Lance Egan. Always a great experience. Lance is always available to help with any questions or concerns.
We hired Maya Burton to sell my mom’s home in the heights. While ultimately the house sold after we did a $40K price reduction we would never recommend Maya or Berkshire. The day prior to our closing we were told the our buyer’s buyer’s funding fell through and she would not be able to close without getting a bridge loan.
