I can only give Don five stars, but I’d sure like to give him ten. It was a true joy working with him throughout the entire process of finding a new home (he made it FUN) and selling the old (he made it EASY). When looking for the new home he learned my preferences by both asking questions and showing me homes in a variety of styles and neighborhoods. Don Wiltz is a fantastic Realtor who was instrumental in us finding a great house here in Topeka, KS at a reasonable price. He listened to our requirements, showing us houses on several occasions during a tough time (Oct - Dec) to find homes on the market.
