My mother posted an ISO for a property in NORTH CAROLINA and Michael Levan and he publicly called her a tire kicker and said she was in for a "rude awakening" because shes been looking so long, meanwhile she purchased 10 acres before and had to back out due to there being no easement. I have screenshots and will be posting and sending them to anyone looking to work with him. Terrible realtor. Would not recommend and says a lot that Berkshire Hathaway would hire someone like him
