Diane was a consummate professional from start to (hopefully) finish. Her attentiveness to detail was greatly appreciated and we always felt like she had our needs in mind. Diane kept us informed about what was happening in the market, but did not overwhelm or pressure us. Most importantly, she took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a way that made us feel like she truly cared about our search for a home that met a very specific set of requirements. With certainty, my wife and i would not have been able to find a house in this market, in our price range, without Maura and Ross Rodino. This was our first house and Maura and Ross were so knowledgeable and helpful from the first call through closing. If you want to buy a house and you use anyone else you are doing yourself a disservice.
Maura and Ross are professional, knowledgeable and know how to market a house for sale. They gave us good advice about what to do (and not do) before marketing the house for sale. They were experts at navigating the open house process and reviewing purchase offers. They were great!
