We applied for this apartment the same day we attended the open house with Maria Franks from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. The unit was absolutely perfect for our family — we were genuinely excited and prepared. We submitted our full application that same day, paid the $70 application fee, offered six months’ rent upfront, had a qualified co-signer, and provided documentation of well-sufficient income to comfortably cover the rent.
