They should simply try to work with and satisfy their customers, at least for us, they did not.
When it came down to the very end, everyone who had apart of my closing process help my husband and I but my realtor. Everyone was on my team BUT MY REALTOR. After asking multiple professionals about a fee and Every single last one of them told us they have NEVER seen it. My "realtor" knew how much of a bind we had become in and she STILL was the ONLY person that could care less! Will never recommend this company to a sole! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD

Realtor Rob Iken is truly incredible at paying attention to detail and taking care of his clients from the beginning to end, and then even after the end. He thinks of everything! And he provides superior customer service and clear communication throughout the entire process. While the company as a whole is respectful, they currently employ a woman who proudly sleeps with married men. Lynn Delladio, who works out of the Lincoln Park office. Please message me if you would like proof. I have text messages from her cell phone (773-835-0803) in which she states that she can sleep with anyone she wants because she's not married. I would recommend that married women not support her business.
