A suggestion for anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent. My experience with Berkshire Hathaway, specifically Rochelle Vannoy was the worst decision I've made a long time. Rochelle is not working on behalf of the Seller. I can only speak for what I went through. From the beginning, I was told things that were not true. A seller is not required to pay any buyers costs. I’d give 0 stars if I could!!! Avoid touring houses and using this company for rentals! They are a huge scam and liars. Especially Shannon!!. They do not take applications first come first served but will take your applications fee still. I raced down to their office before it closed to drop off an application and was confirmed to be the first applicant.
