Michael is the listing agent for a home we put an contingent offer on in Battle Creek. The offer was contingent on the inspection. During the inspection we discovered that there was toxic mold, two gas leaks, leaky plumbing, two of the bathrooms did not function at all, and neither did the kitchen sink upstairs.
