Realtors Carol and Frank Roma are racist. They never sell homes to people of color. If you are interested in their services, they will talk you out of buying by telling you that you need at least $20,000 down payment, and other excuses about credit as if they know your financial situation. John Murphy is my property manager. We have lived here 1.5 years and had the AC serviced because it has not worked 8 times. When I spoke to John today understandably upset about the situation he threatened to give me a 30 day notice to vacate the property and continued to taunt me by email. When I got home from work today my house is at 85 degrees in Florida with my children and dog in the house.
