Horrible place to live, maintenance request are never completed, rent is extremely high considering the conditions of the unit, management is rude and unprofessional
On the surface looks ok BUT once you move in you will see . Maintenance is terrible do not fix nothing The flooring in the kitchen and bathroom are like thin paper. When you move the stove or refirgerator to clean the flooring tear. And the Roaches!! MICE!! THEN THE LOUD!!! MUSIC. 24/7 All you smell is. MARIJUANA!!!!! I don't live there I visit but sometime I babysit
Would not recommend doing business with any of their properties. Especially Townhomes at Paxton Creek. Terrible management. Keith in maintenance was only bright side to living there. Left place cleaner then original move in day and still only received half my deposit back. Robbing people blind!

Unfortunately, in good conscious, we cannot recommend that anyone does business with this group. You will simply feel swindled and experience almost no flexibility so be sure to have all communication in writing or email.
Terrible! Manager Didn’t even show up today to view an apartment after an appointment was set! Never pick up their phones/return calls
