I’ve been a patient at Berkshire Family Dental for many years, and I couldn’t be happier with the excellent dental care I’ve received. The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They always take the time to explain everything clearly. It’s reassuring to know I’m in good hands every time I visit. I highly recommend Berkshire to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and reliable dental care.
I went for cleaning and an exam by Dr. C. I did not know what to expect, since my regular technician was on leave. However, Dawn was wonderful - attentive, meticulous, friendly - and I was happy either way the results. As usual, Dr. C gave me the best advice on my treatment and maintenance.
Friendly staff and Execellant Dr's open Saturday too, nice to know it's in my neighborhood!!

I would not recommend this office if you're a student or relying on dental insurance. My experience here was completely different from another office that accepted the exact same insurance plan. I scheduled a routine exam, X-rays, and a cleaning because my student dental insurance benefit summary showed these services were fully covered.
