I have no problem with the surgery provided by dr Paollela. He did a good job and my implant is still working. The problem I have is that I pay $150.00 a month for high end dental insurance, with Metlife and this office doesn't accept any dental insurance which makes this place the most expensive implant surgery than 99% of oral surgeons out there. So I went to an oral surgeon on Metlife's provider network list of dentists, and I paid 34% less with an oral surgeon in Springfield and he did just as good of a job. In fact, he'... read more
RecommendedGreat experience considering I was getting a dental implant. All staff were very kind & caring. They consistently asked if I was okay or in any pain throughout the entire procedure. The office contacted me that evening and the next day to make sure I was okay. I would definitely recommend Berkshire Facial Surgery.
My daughter just had her wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Paolella is wonderful! He is down-to-earth, answered all our questions, and is extremely skilled. The staff is kind and efficient. A+ experience! As a local dentist, I have referred my patients to Dr. Paolella for over 20 years. He is an exceptional doctor who gets excellent results, and has always taken such good care of my patients, especially my anxious patients. 5 ⭐️ Absolutely amazing. Dr Bontempi and his staff were so kind and completely understood my fear of dentists. I went in with broken teeth and severe pain, I left in no pain and feel 10x better! Thank you for all that you do!
Although you come here for painful reasons, you leave knowing you have received an outstanding treatment by both the staff and dentists/oral surgeons.
Aside from Bill being such a nice guy, I now have an excuse to eat some serious ice cream.
They are the most caring people. Dr Bontempi is the best. I was beyond anxious and he sang during my whole extraction providing a distraction from what was happening. Calls at night to check in. I would highly recommend.
Amazing they took great care of my son and I'm so happy to find a place that's professional and caring !!
