Super open minded, the staff is very involved and willing to work with you and take things one step at a time and come up with a good plan on how to move forward that works best for everyone!
The staff and orthodontist were all very personable and knowledgeable ( we asked a ton of questions!). The technology they used was fascinating and they did a great job of walking us through the imaging and explaining what we were looking at. I left feeling like my son was in very capable hands and will be well cared for throughout this process of having braces.
Dr. Mike and staff were yet again exceptional with my son, who is Down Syndrome. I don’t know what he loves more, his braces or his visits with Dr. Mike and staff, especially Carey! They have been patient, professional and overly generous with our family who has sent three kids/customers their way. They have also been generous laughing at my son’s jokes and providing regularly requested hugs! I can’t recommend or thank them enough! We wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!
