While traveling through Pittsfield, we lost our brake fluid. Fortunately, we were in a parking area at the time; and fortunately the tow truck operator recommended Berkshire County Auto Repair. Even though he was extremely busy, Todd took care of us and had us on our way in about an hour. I can't say enough about his consideration of our situation and the quality of his work.
