Great Place to stay, since you are just across the street from the ocean! WELL kept rooms, pools & green spaces. I belive Berkshire is all time share, so you have to to own to stay there. That said, so glad to be able to stay there.
Great location and the rooms were decent. A bit musty, but that’s par for the course near the water in Florida. There aren’t many amenities, but there are a few restaurants within 0.25 miles and the heart of Atlantic Avenue is about a mile away. The beach is directly across the street (A1A) and there are no buildings on the ocean side on this street of the road.
Our family has come to the Berksire by the Sea for decades. It has become a place of friendships of a lifetime.
