Collin Flynn was professional, knowledgeable, personable and most importantly patient with our senior adult status. Excellent car purchasing expierence. Would highly recommend Collin for his knowledge of the car and its electronics. John and Kathy Gowdey
I searched for my specific BMW online, found it at Lenox everything was transparent Collin was excellent with entire sales process.
Fantastic company nothing but great service. My car blew out a front tire and they took her in, repaired it and did a maintenance service. Special shout out to Jay, my service advisor. Thorough honest and kind. BMW of Lenox is the best.
Great to deal with. They were very quick and personable to work with. They answered questions quickly and appropriately.
