My elderly dad had an unfortunate check engine light on the highway for his 20 year old BMW. Car was towed to BMW of Lenox and Derrick Mowry (and service team) was exceptional. My dad was (understandably) stressed out by the situation and from out of town. Derrick provided excellent service to get the car fixed in time (it was a engine coolant replacement + water pump replacement). Just bought a used vehicle from here 1 month ago and had to bring the truck back numerous times for things that they missed when they supposedly “went through it”. There are still problems with the truck that still haven’t gotten fixed. They also were supposed to do a ceramic coat on the truck which never got done. So I paid extra money for absolutely nothing.
