So after speaking with the cancellation department and finally getting my warranty cancelled I can honestly say it’s been a miserable experience going through this dealership for my Jeep I bought in December of 2025. I have informed the warranty department that they force people into loans putting warranty’s on the agreement to make more money off customers. After a long search I came across a good deal at BMW of Lenox, and I was not only fully satisfied but I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They helped me through the process and make sure my needs were met and I’m truly grateful and happy with the purchase.
I had another very good experience working with BMW of Lenox and Collin in sales. Although there were some delays since I ordered a vehicle, I was kept informed throughout and everything worked out great. The main reason this was the second time I used BMW of Lenox was because of the agreed-upon price for my trade. No other area dealership would make that commitment.
