I bought a hard-to-find certified pre-owned X3 M40 from Berkshire BMW, paying their full price and flying from DC to test drive it. They shipped it to me but it arrived with a bad rattle. I reached out to them to see about having it repaired under warranty at a dealer near me but they refused to help, literally telling me that if they repaired all rattles they'd be out of business.
