Approved my application, took my $1787.94 rent payment, then refused to give me the keys on move in day. This was in FEBRUARY 6th!! It’s now March 14 and I STILL have not received my ‘refund’ money!! They are scammers who will have you pay move in fees, refuse move in& steal your hard earned money. Over $2,000 in renters insurance, electricity set up, RENT just to illegally hold your money. Go elsewhere.
Reveal Lake Ridge Apts in Grand Prairie…. It’s a shame the staff doesn’t take ownership of the property they work at. The interior of the buildings are not kept clean on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. After each valet trash day, the elevator floor is sticky, there is trash/debris on rhe hallway floors that stays for weeks at a time. Why is the Leasing staff vacuuming the halls? My account has been messed up since November almost 11 months straight!! Then found out they was not reporting me in good standing to the credit bureau when I was paying for the service every month. They was reporting me late because my account has been messed up because of them so it was showing me at late balance every month. Not once did they ever tried to fix it until i got irate and it’s still not fixed. Wow management was so rude been asking for a call back for over a month no call back
Wouldn’t recommend any of their properties. Came to google to hopefully get better assistance than I got from my apartments in garland (stoneleigh on spring creek). However I am not so hopeful after seeing reviews. As they are still money hungry and shady with the deposits.
Terrible property management company who discriminates and is money hungry to charge pet fees and deposits. If you live in Texas and I have ESAs do NOT apply to move to their property! I’ve lived with two ESAs for several years. Never had an issue anywhere else. I submitted all of the exhaustive paperwork they needed—very early on. When they sent the lease, I noticed they still had the pet fees and pet deposit listed. The leasing office claimed “legal” still had not approve them.
