I think Penny is unprofessional and incompetent. I think she is nothing like her mission statement or core value claims. I'm an unhappy owner whose exterior repairs are being ignored.
I didn’t have a great experience with Penny as our condo manager. Since our building changed to a new management company, I feel things are going better in general.
Penny managed my condo for 5 years (I since sold it) but she was a great manager and made sure our Condo Corp finances were in order and everything ran smooth.
Needed to help my clients get condo docs for the sale of property. Penny was great to deal with and got me the documents needed in two days.
