Dr. Shannon is great! but I do have a little issue with the woman who checks you out at the end of the visit. I went in for a follow up appointment and when I was leaving and paying my co-pay she told me I still had a balance on my account. The day before I just put a check in the mail with the balance due....when she told me by balance I said to her..Oh I just put a check in the mail for you I dont want to pay it twice..her response to me was "sure it is the checks in the mail" WTF....who says that to a paying client.
