These people will take care of you without making you wait. Very efficient with excellent Doctors and staff. They really know how to do the eye � thing.
Needed an emergency check up. These guys went out of their way to help and fixed me right up. Thanks for your terrific attitude and customer first experience.
My whole family switched to Berks Eye when my our old eye dr went out of business. Berks Eye staff were courteous and friendly. We have dealt with three of the doctors and all were friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. Hugh selection of frames as well. This is my first time in bifocals and I was very happy with the guidance received. My husband was new to glasses and was pleased with all of the assistance he received as well.
I am very happy with my vision after dr Izzo did my cataract surgery I can see so much better and I can see things I once could not. Dr. Izzo sees many patients a day and I have never felt like a number. He treats me as if I am his only patient!
All of the staff members from beginning to end of the appointment were so very kind. They all work so hard to move patients between each portion of the thorough appointment as quickly as possible and do it with a smile! Also Dr. Bronner is absolutely fantastic. He is very kind and considerate of his patients and an asset to their team. I would highly recommend Berks Eye to anyone needing an ophthalmologist!
Berks Eye was a pleasant professional atmosphere. The staff was great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an Eye Doctor.
I am so happy with my cataract replacement lenses done by Dr. Tellez. The system of checking in, getting seen, scheduled for surgery is streamlined, very efficient. They explain everything in detail and give you written details, as well as a very easy-to-follow eyedrop chart. They also make the financial part very easy. The people at the surgery center are so nice, any anxiety goes away. The procedure was painless. I walked into the OR, walked out when the procedure was finished. Best of all—I can see near and far!
Two star rating because the clinical staff/Dr seem fairly competent, but other than that it has so far been a terrible experience. I haven't been able to get through on the phones very easily. I either end up in a voicemail, get put on hold to never get answered, or get transferred to a voicemail. I never got a call when either of my sets of glasses came in, and nearly a month after my original appointment I'm still trying to get some type of contacts.
