I had an appt with berks endo when I got a phone call from the office manager saying they could no longer see me, because I was non-compliant because I apparenlty last time I was there I did not want her to spray that freezing stuff they spray directly on the tooth, after she already did it and with a bad tooth that is pure pain, never did anyone say anything to me at the time or after. My go to RCT people!
This is the third time I have used them for a root canal. Today there was a bit of confusion, I thought I was getting the root canal and it was just a consultation- something missed between me, my dentist and them through making appointments. I took the day off of work with no pay and was pretty worried about this, knowing how long a root canal takes.
