Terrible customer service. Has no idea what he is doing...asked him general questions.....clueless. avoid.
Berkley was so knowledgeable and kind. He fixed our computer issues very quickly and even helped by fixing issues we didn't know about. I highly recommend using Berkley's Computer Repair!
Called to get a quote. Jeremy pressured me to bring in my computer and get it diagnosed, and then he'd give me a quote. I told him that I'm looking for some sort of hourly rate or service rate. He told me that there's no commitment just to bring in the computer and let them diagnose it. More pressure. I told him my commitment is a 45 minute drive and there could be somewhere else that gives me a better rate over the phone. Terrible customer service. I'll take my computer anywhere but there.
