HORRENDOUS MANAGEMENT AT THIS BUILDING. DO NOT consider leasing/renting space from this building either as a resident or commercial tenant. The building is constantly having issues with their AC and elevators. They have had ongoing construction for over 5 years. And once again, I cannot emphasize enough how HORRIBLE the management team is at this building.
Do not buy in this building. I have lived there seven years and have had nothing but problems. Constant turnover of property managers. The office never answers the phone and never returns phone calls. Garage is filthy and property was fined $45,000 for failure to make repairs. Expect a $25,000 assessment every two to three years because the board is incompetent and wastes money constantly. HOA dues have risen to $1,200 per month. Elevators constantly break down. Took the building 4+ years to fix the pool which was empty. We gave up and moved out. Management company personnel has turned over several times and are particularly nasty. Great location. Underground garage always has water all over the floors. Don't be fooled by the great looking lobby. Structural integrity problems pre-dated by years the very minor plane crash. An Amazon driver blocked both disabled parking spots while delivering packages. I had a delivery as well and was unable to park anywhere but these two since the lot was full and I had a disabled parking decal. I went in with the order and told the lady at the front desk about driver blocking the disabled parking spots. I had to repeat myself until she understood and then dismissed the issue and asked where I am going. She was rude and unprofessional.
