Very helpful in crunch time when our basement was flooded due to a sump failure during a big snow melt.
We had water pipe leaking at one of our house and it was simple task so he did it right. Then we had another problem at our different house, thought he could fix it. He replaced the pipes but water was still leaking, he came three days but couldn’t fix it. He is very messy and doesn’t work professionally. I texted him saying pipe was leaking water but never replayed back took $1500 for nothing.
