My husband and I recently obtained Berkley & Oliver for preparation of a Living Will, Power of Attorney and Last Will & Testament. I've dealt with a few attorneys in the past, and I have to say I will most definitely stick with Josh and Stephanie. They were welcoming and friendly. Everything from the consultation to the turnaround time and thoroughness of Josh and Amy made an already difficult experience easier to handle. Their competence and compassion prompted Dad to retain them for his own will. They have earned our business.

Joe handled my husband adopting my daughter (his step daughter) and made everything SO simple for us. We were expecting a big drawn out process with a ton of paperwork and phone calls. He kept things as easy as possible for us. We signed a lot of documents at one time to avoid having to return later to sign more.
