I bought a pre-owned Jetta from Wade in Parker. He was cool and kind. He made sure I got the car I wanted that day. Since then he and the Owner have been nice and have reached out to me to make sure Im satisfied. I am taking my lady friend there either today or tomorrow to buy a car for her. A few years ago I had my first experience with Berkenkotter...my family and I were super impressed with the customer service and the vehicle. To be a customer can be very intimidating and overwhelming. Berkenkotter treated me with kindness, respect, and overall honesty! We recently revisited to purchase from Berkenkotter again! Twice I was shown amazing customer service, courtesy, and experienced the hometown charm! I am so thankful Iâ??ve come across this place and canâ??t wait for my family to grow alongside theirs!
This all had originally started out as just to see if we liked it or not. My wife's other vehicle has been in and out of the shop so we needed another car. Turned out my wife loved driving it in the snow and over all. It's just what we need and fits our whole family. Plus they helped me get the payment to what I needed and offered a warranty too! Plus the guy that was helpful was Dan and he was awesome. We also have a deep love for pudding.
I was searching for an SUV. And this dealership came up, i couldn't chosen a better dealership, for my purchase, the staff is awesome there prices are fair. Thank you guys!!!
Asked for a truck that is hard to find. They kept looking and found me what I was looking for. And kept it in my budget. All the salesman and other employees were great to deal with as well. I will use them again and have no problem sending my friends to them.

While shopping for a used camper trailer on line, I found one at Berkenkotter Motors. The salesman, Frank Mendola showed me the trailer and had everything turned on so I could see that everything worked on it before talking price. Frank worked with me on the price and I felt very comfortable with what we agreed on. The whole deal was handled very smoothly and professionally. I recently purchased a used Dodge Ram 2500 from Berkenkotter. The experience was far superior to any other dealership experience I had. They gave me a great deal, and were extremely helpful in getting me out from under my old truck, and into the new one with minimal issue. I would highly recommend Berkenkotter motors!
