We had a great time at the Coffee House Suite. It was wonderful for a girls retreat for my mother's 60th. We used the suite as a gathering place by day for others who stayed elsewhere. My only complaint was that the coffee house sign creaked and moaned so loudly through the night that it really renders that sleeping spot useless. Maybe some grease or WD-40 might do the job? We would definitely come back to this spot!
Terrible customer service. We had several issues including the cabin we booked being unavailable and a burst water pipe. When I complained, they just went on and on about things that are their job to do (turn the hot tub on, check on the property etc). There are nicer, less expensive places in town.
my family had made reservations at another cabin which upon arrival we found out there was no water and no heat at bellow 0 temperatures.Thank God for Stephanie she came at 9pm and took us to one of their rentals. It was warm larger and lower cost then the one we had reserved and plenty of water! We loved our stay and plan to come back again! Stephanie was wonderful and will recommend Berkeley Springs cottage Rentals to all my friends and family.
Stayed at the Coffee House Suite during the Water Festival this year. It is a wonderful little spot! In the middle of town and very spacious. Fit 4 of us wonderfully in two king beds. Easy walking distance to the Star Theatre, Atasia Spa and the springs. I'll be back!
We have been going to Berkeley Springs for 7 years now, renting different cabins each year. We stayed last weekend at Quiescense and loved it. The cabin was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great as we cooked in both nights. This house has one more bedroom than we need but we will definitely be renting it again. Best place we've stayed at yet.
Our family just spent the weekend at the Seventh Heaven cabin and we had a great time! The cabin was very nice and well kept. The items provided for our stay (as far as in the kitchen/bathroom and the pellets for the stove) was very much appreciated. We will certainly rent a cabin through Berkley Springs Cottage Retnals again.
We had a great time at Oak Forest Cabin. The house was cozy - we loved the fireplace! The hot tub was huge and worked great! And the cabin was well equipped. Thanks for the warning about the icy roads! We just had to take it slow getting in and out of the driveway - but we made it, even though we did nit have 4 wheel drive. We will be back!
