Great doctor. Took care of my babies many years ago
Brought my newborn into see Dr. Deng. She had a very compassionate and calm demeanor. All our questions were answered. Overall, a great experience for our family! I see why my pediatrician at UCSF so highly recommended this place!
There is a employee named Jordan she is beyond rude and very disrespectful. I'm not understanding how she is answering the phones for your business. Since Dr Charles Moe retired I still wanted to go to that pediatric office. But they are so unprofessional now and that Jordan female I'm sorry I just can't do her ever again. I will find a new doctor for my child. The sad part about it is both of my children went there I've been going there for over 20 years.
When my son was born we chose Berkeley pediatrics because it was walking distance from our house. Spent about a year there and usually had a very cold experience with the nurses. They made zero effort to be friendly with my baby turned toddler while taking the liberty to touch him and force him into the weighing table. It was always a difficult experience.
