I have been coming to this office for 20 years. They provide excellent care, and have deep and broad expertise.
I’ve been going to Dr. Hoang for the last 3 years, and she’s very thorough with her exams. I recommend 100%. Although I live in SF, I make the trip out to get my yearly check-up.
They were much more helpful and willing to assist than other places I contacted in Berkeley, sorted me out quickly with what I needed.

really old school, hole in the wall spot. does everything by paper forms, keeps paper records of all patient files. i’ve worn contacts for 20 years and never had to return a contacts purchase due to improper fit, but i had this experience with this provider. the front desk also leaves a lot to be desired. when i called to schedule a refit, i was asked to email the doctor to communicate my issues. i asked why i couldn’t just schedule the refit appointment via front desk and was told “to avoid miscommunication”, which was a st... read more
