I’ve had a range of experiences with corrective lenses and finding frames that I like. I truly appreciated Dr. Harlan Wong‘s clinic and assistance from Florinda but his place closed Sept 2025. He suggested Berkeley Optometric Group and I was very pleased that they didn’t give me a hard time about what I’m looking for with progressive lenses — basically to accommodate the same way that Dr. Wong’s clinic was able to. we had some problem with using te glasses frames i got there. they were really flimsy and felt cheap and i asked the person at the desk if they could adjust them and they just said its not their problem. i expected them to help because its part of what you pay for. one of the nosepieces fell off the very next day and i had to glue it back on myself. this was definitly the WORST experience i have had with any vision place around here. not coming back and i am telling my freind to skip this one.

Have been coming here yearly for many years and have always had great experiences with the two doctors I have seen. Very knowledgeable about eye health which is super important. Would recommend.
I came to Dr. Huong feeling completely defeated by a persistent eye condition. After feeling unheard and dismissed by my other doctor, I randomly booked an appointment here simply because it was the only place that could see me right away.
