So much gossip for patients to hear, several hippa violations by nurses, failure to update us while waiting several hours past scheduled surgery time, nurses and doctors are not professional, over 12 hours with no food or drink for my son when it should have only been 8, unable to take his meds today due to the failure of communication. Extremely rude receptionist
Recently, I visited the BMC outpatient center when needing to have surgery for kidney stone removal. It is important to note that I had not ever undergone surgery before. Despite feeling a little nervous, the care and attention I received while being prepped allowed me to feel as calm and prepared as much as possible.
