I met with Amy. She was very patient in answering my questions about the pet policy & required paperwork since I just moved from out of state. When walking past current tenants, not only did she greet them, but also had genuine conversations with them about their day. At the end of my tour she invited me to stay for their catered event that she stated they hold frequently. The food was great & the tenants seemed close. You can tell they actually want to foster community here!
