I've been seeing Dr. Shrum for several years now and he and the staff are always great. The office has always been very professional and personable. Appointments are always on time and Dr. Shrum takes him time and answers any questions thoroughly. He takes into account existing health issues and family history. I never feel rushed and they are great to work with! Karen P
Great experience, Dr. Shrum and the entire staff are great, everyone were very professional and friendly. I been using them for over ten year and service has always exceptional from the receptionist to having to choose new frames everyone was great!
I saw Dr. Shrum for an annual exam recently. Last year I had cataract surgery by Dr. Shrum. As usual, I was seen on time. The staff are professional and personable. Dr. Shrum is caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend his practice to anyone needing an Opthalmologist.
Have been there several times and they are always been very courteous and helpful. They have always taken me in before my appointment time and I'm usually out of there before the scheduled time for the appointment. Very pleased with Dr. Schrum.

I found out I had cataracts & glaucoma in 2006 and began my experience with Dr. Shrum. He did my cataract surgeries in 2006 and he has kept my glaucoma under control since. He's the best and I wouldn't trade him. My visit on 1/5/2019 was very satisfactory. Everyone at the office is friendly. fantastic.. for another doctor...
For several years, I’ve been depending on Dr. Shrum for annual exams and my cataract surgery. Dr. Shrum is professional and thorough. His medical assistant Theresa is great! Her expertise in adjusting and fitting glasses is awesome.
My experience from the first time service was great. All the staffs were very friendly. However, when I came back to addressed the issue with my vision, one of the staff there, I believed her name is Ashley, was very impolite. She was taken over the other staff who was trying to help me, but then she let me sit there and turned around & helped another customer like I was not exist there. I think this is very rude and I am not happy with this service. First time ever in my life that I was treated that way.
My overall experience very very good. I was taken care of professionally from walking in the door to my exist. I would recommend others to this facility.
