Dr. Ermis was great. He had me and my younger brother laughing the entire time.
The Berkeley Eye Center in Wharton is the business I use for my eye care since I have started wearing glasses. Dr. Keith Ermis and is staff Cyndi, Linda B. Alma T. and Linda K. are very professional and friendly. They attend to all my eye care needs. They are very courteous and accommodating for the eye exam and the selection of frames. I am very satisfied with my business at this eye center.
Wonderful group of people. I have been seeing Keith Ermis for 22 years. He has even seen my son on a Sunday afternoon after a wreck in which he got lass in his eye. The entire staff is wonderful, including all office personnel, especially Cindy.
The staff and doctors are very friendly and professional. Linda is the best around for fitting your glasses or contacts.
I quickly got in to be seen, never felt like I had to wait a long time on two visits I made. My lenses were done in less time than the old place I used to use. I was impressed with the quality of work done by the staff.
So pleased that I changed to Berkeley 3 years ago. Wharton office very friendly and professional, and Dr. Ermis is great.
Linda at the front desk is friendly and greets us every time we walk in. Cyndi, Alma, and Linda K. are always in a good and friendly mood and very professional. Dr. Ermis is top notch. He treats us, every time we see him, like we are his only patient; with outstanding service, patience and time.
Everyone was very helpful and courteous and went out of their way to help me find the exact frame suitable for me since I can't see without glasses. When my glasses came in, I could not have been more pleased with their selection.
I came to the center, for the first time, with a new prescription needing filling. Seeing our friend Linda, who had worked for many years in the clinic's optical shop, was welcome surprise. She was quickly able to help with both lenses and new frames. Her professionalism and caring attitude haven't changed in all the years we've known her.
