From the moment you walk in you are greeted with the warmest welcome, front staff are super sweet! Zenet was the absolute best with both my daughters & Dr. Nguyen was amazing she explained everything so well! Both ladies at the optical were very kind and helpful and we were able to order my daughter’s glasses and received them in a timely manner! Thank you!!
Dr. Nguyen and her assistant Brenda took good care of me. They listened to my issues and explained in layman's terms what was going on to help me resolve the solution.
I love this place. It's clean. Easy parking. Easy to find and the way you are moved through your eye exam is well thought out and flows easily. The front desk staff are very professional and nice! Brenda and Dr. Nguyen treated me like a human and not just a job. I recommend this place for sure!

Great visit today at Berkeley Eye Center. My 91 year mom felt very comfortable and well taken care of with the doctor and staff. Thank you for being so patient and kind with her.
