Excellent Care Is Always Given From The Time I Enter Excellent care is always given from the time I enter Berkeley Eye Center through the time I leave the facility. The Center is well-staffed with highly qualified, efficient, personable doctors and employees who make the care, visits, tests, and wait time superb.
Very Professional Staff And Doctors Very professional staff and doctors. Special shout out to Cyndi in the eyeglass department. She was proactive and extremely helpful. Would certainly recommend Berkeley!
My Experience Was Amazing My experience was amazing. Brenda was fantastic from the very beginning to the end. She held my hand through the whole process and followed up with me after my lasik surgery. Dr. Yankeove was excellent. I would still choose them if I had to do it all over again. I Have Always Had The Bests Experience Here I have always had the bests experiences here. When I would get glasses and be between two frames, at least ten ladies in the office came by and helped me by telling me which they preferred. Before coming to Berkeley I was having an issue with my contacts and had seen several eye doctors prior to coming to Berkeley who could not help me. My first appointment here solved that problem. I Love Berkeley Eye Center in Katy! I love Berkeley Eye Center in Katy! Everyone i talked with during my visit was super helpful. Every staff member walks around with a smile on their face! Dr. Bertrand is awesome and the Optical Manager, Leslie Piatt is super nice and has amazing customer service skills!
