The New Saturday Hours Rock! The new Saturday hours rock! Thank you for adding them to the mix. Already thrilled with the appointment day and time, Dr. Bertrand is a miracle worker. I haven't seen this well in years. The first and last time I tried multi-focal contacts was a disaster. Everyone There Was Very Professional Everyone there was very professional and informed me on all the questions I asked. Besides informing me on my eye exam that I never had with any other Opthmoligist. Dr. Gloyd was very polite and explained all.

My Glasses Broke at the Side Hinge My glasses broke at the side hinge and I walked in with no appointment to get them repaired. I was greeted immediately by Ciara and she fixed my glasses within about 10 minutes. The glasses rode high on one side and she kept adjusting it about 5 times until it was just right. This was a very pleasant experience.
